Ce programme, crée en 2014 vise à encourager l'étudiante ou l'étudiant dans la réussite de son travail et à inciter les autres à faire mieux. Cette distinction lui est délivrée pour sa persévérance à létude malgré les difficultés de parcours et qui a pu surmonter les obstacles afin de mener à terme
